In the real world I have sought to create communities which are inclusive, not dogmatic and open to all, in order to provide examples of how a group of people can experiment with co-operative living based on rational principles and not susceptible to the unpredictability of religious subjectivity. I have no interest in any of them for their own sake, only in as much as they contribute to the enhancement of communal life.

THOSE POOR POOR YOUNGSTERS

The youngsters of previous generations stayed with their parents or in laws when married, saved and then, on acquiring a place, sat on boxes and slept on the floor while they got their home together. Today, they blow hundreds on a night drinking, wear designer goods, sport smart phones,  drive fast cars, holiday abroad and all on credit, yet complain they are hard done by and can't afford a home.
