AID HAS BECOME A DIRTY WORD

The United Nations distributes bags of grain in exchange for sex. Such abuse within the charity sector has been known about since 1960 and tolerated by hundreds of officials who concealed these dirty secrets while presenting as virtuous saviours of the poor who needed bucket loads of our donations and tireless fundraising time and effort. We are now shocked to the core, yet wiser. All the talk about great changes being made and no repetition and lessons learnt is all so much humbug as to make one ill. Do these adults, who have colluded so heinously with abuse, even against children, really believe the public are that stupid?

MEGAN EVAN'S PARENTS - DON'T TRUST THE ADULTS, THE SCHOOL OR THE POLICE

The parents of Megan Evans are right to chase every lead and demand information about the alleged assault by a teacher on their daughter. The 'insufficient evidence' excuse is often the lame justification for the authorities wanting to take no further action in order to protect the adult world and its   systems that time and again fail children. The school and all the adults involved will be in collusion to protect their own and their reputations rather than disclose information, irrespective of the cost, even the death of one of their pupils.

Not just the Dagenham school, but nearly every school bans snow ball fights, conker fights, ice sliding and being able to have natural everyday school child fun. Climbing trees is out. SARAH CHAMPION - YOU MUST TACKLE THE ADULTS WHO CONCEAL THE ABUSE

Children will always be vulnerable while ever there are adults who choose, for so many reasons, not to expose abusers. You can give confidence to children to name the abuse and boost their confidence to be able to report abuse and create a self respect where they recognise and recoil from the abuse. However, if the adults around them won't listen to them, deny their reality, close the lid on the box they are desperately trying to open, then they are defenceless against the adult web that smothers them, entraps them and destines them to failure and further abuse. In many ways, it is cruel just to try and empower the children, if having been empowered, they find the adult world stands deaf and blind against them. Then the sense that they are somehow at fault, have failed and are inadequate becomes a double torture. Sarah Champion must work to criminalise the adult concealment of child abuse.

Of course there should be severe sentences for those who terrorise through physical or sexual abuse. So too for those who entrap and control their partners or others in a clearly damaging manner. However such legislation will immediately be misapplied by doltish officials, to wreak havoc within the natural strains, stresses and scenarios, experienced within family life, since time immemorial. The courts are increasingly becoming an EastEnders set for the latest domestic spats, within which it is well night impossible to establish reliable evidence and that would often resolve themselves if left alone. FREEDOM OF SPEECH IS RAPIDLY GOING DOWN THE PLUGHOLE!

OMG!!!! Yet another case where our freedom of expression is under threat. I AM ISSUING A SERIOUS WARNING. Unless the public wake up to the fact that democracy depends upon free speech and a free press then we are doomed. We are heading towards Orwell's nightmare. Once you devolve matters of freedom of expression to a government or a court, you head towards a Soviet style oppression. The default position must be that we are free to speak and others are free to contradict. We are free to claim and others are free to refute. In such transactions of information, facts can be gleaned, whereas, once censorship intrudes, we are lost in a maze of lies and equivocations.

SADLY - NO MORE FUNDING FOR SAVE THE CHILDREN, OXFAM, WORLD VISION, CHRISTIAN AID....

As a passionate supporter of aid, the recent revelations have shattered our illusions. Over the years, we have managed to raise over £90,000 for overseas aid projects, including £20,000 for Save The Children. Sadly, now no more. Fundraising for the big charities and Standing Orders have been cancelled. We remain as committed to aid, but will find a way of delivering it, that won't end up being used to bribe a child or young person for sex, or paying for a brothel, or funding a fat cat executive's luxury lifestyle, while they allow sexual abuse to continue unchecked.

BARBARA STOCKING MUST BE HELD TO ACCOUNT

Luke Stewart wrote her a birthday card, messaged her inappropriately in pink ink, signed himself as 'Stewey, ignored a safeguarding officer's instruction to stay away from her, set up private tutoring sessions and arranged to meet her out of school. It is outrageous that, though disciplined,  he has been given the option of returning to teach. This is what parents are up against.
