KANARIKOV KILLS HIS SON AND HIMSELF
A child must have equal access and residence with both parents.
Intruding upon that sacred bond risks even the most heinous consequences.
I hope it is clear that I am not commenting when there are abuse issues that threaten the safety of the child etc.
I am commenting on the many cases when THERE ARE NO SUCH ISSUES and the agencies and individuals I mentioned interfere to wreck the child's access to their Dad.
I have been in the situation of battling against all the odds to save my access and residence with my children.
Against all the odds, but only after having spent tens of thousands of pounds and having been decimated emotionally, I did gain joint custody. However I was left with a clear understanding that many would not have managed to achieve this and some would have buckled under the horrendous pressures and vicious tactics that others adopted.
IF THERE ARE NO SUCH ISSUES, then fathers and mothers should have equal access and equal residence and anyone who acts to prevent that is culpable.
