RAINER HOESS

A redemptive pattern or a random cyclical process that produces good or ill at whim. Mysteries as yet beyond us. It appears that Hoess has personal reason enough to reject his father's grotesque character, irrespective of his Auschwitz horrors. What drives the good and the bad? Are they co-existent energies, re-distributed and reformed in every age, one the counter to the other? If so, do we need a new narrative that departs from the idealistic vision of a perfect world to one where we manage that which is ours in a phlegmatic and practical manner?
