THE SUN NOT KEEPING ABREAST OF ALL PAGE THREE OPINIONS

I suggest we need more nudity and not less.

We were born naked. We evolved naked.  

Covering ourselves heralded our descent into control, power and possession.

Our pretensions escalated with each item donned ,with the greatest pomposity declared by the robes of monarchs and prelates and the most frightening servility and imprisonment demonstrated both by the semi naked and the niqab covered.

Strip the pope and the queen, and suddenly the ridiculous nature of our hierarchies and our hegemonies are exposed.

The Sun ought perhaps to have grasped the moment and introduced a male nude on page 2 opposite the female nude on page three. 

With our world descending into a vile orgy of blood lust and power, we need to be humbled and there can be little posturing when all stand naked together.
