THE GOVERNMENT'S CRIMINAL NEGLECT OVER NHS STAFF AND OUR LIVES

The focus on testing, although vital, conceals a sinister even criminal policy. This guilty government, that downplayed the Covid-19 threat, squandered vital preparatory time, allowed Cheltenham, stopped testing and contact tracing, and acted with negligent complacency in the face of this devastating pandemic, is now endangering callously NHS staff. Alfa Saadu, bravely and compassionately responded to the government's request for retired medics to return to help. Without proper PPE, he contracted the virus and tragically died. Too many other NHS staff have suffered the same squandering of their lives. The government intends further testing to reduce the number of NHS staff self isolating, by clearing those uninfected to return to work. However, unprotected, they face the same risk of mortality. This approach cannot be tolerated. It is akin to sending our troops into combat without proper equipment, as happened in Afghanistan. It is the cynical abuse of courageous and dedicated ordinary people to give the impression of governmental action, when in fact chaotic incompetency threatens thousands with an early grave. Those in authority managed to evade responsibility for the betrayal of troops in Afghanistan. The nation must ensure that those who have exacerbated this present slaughter are held to account and face justice.

IN 1997, WHEN I WAS ARRESTED FOR NAILING MY PROPOSALS FOR REFORM OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND ON THE DOOR OF CANTERBURY CATHEDRAL. WORDS ARE POWERFUL MESSAGES THAT CHALLENGE  CORRUPTION, CONFRONT THE WICKED AND CREATE A BETTER WORLD. JESUS IS THE WORD OF GOD AND HIS FOLLOWERS ARE CALLED  TO COMMUNICATE HIS WORDS,  IRRESPECTIVE OF THE COST.
