JUDGES SHOULD BE PLACED ON TRIAL FOR THEIR COMPLICITY WITH MURDER AND TORTURE

Judges should be put on trial for their immoral practice of knowingly consigning 61,000 people to such inhumane conditions, that they descend into mental illness and trauma and harm themselves or are murdered by others. No decent human being could regard this as justice. Perversely, in many cases, the greater crime would have been committed by the powerful, wealthy, advantaged judge sending the detained to his or her torment, suicide or murder. Enough of this pretence and hypocrisy. May judges not sleep at night, nor be left alone by the media, until they ensure that the prisons to which they send the convicted, will ensure their safety and well being and be places where those, who are often the poorest, weakest, most disadvantaged and mentally disturbed in society, can benefit from a benign and restorative environment.

Abused children are further abused by the 'justice' system. Police, the C.P.S., judges and court procedures betray them repeatedly, preferring their systems to the delivery of justice. PANIC ABOUT THE CENSORSHIP RE CORONAVIRUS

It would seem unlikely that such unprecedented measures would be being taken in response to Coronavirus, given the information released to the public. It indicates that the true statistics are being concealed and that there lurks a deadly threat. Chinese crematorium workers are admitting that deaths are not being recorded. Today we learn that the first outbreak has been confirmed in the U.K. but they are not releasing where. This control of the information induces rather than calms panic.

OUR SHAMEFUL EXIT FROM THE UNION OF HOPE AND RECONCILIATION - THE EU

The concept of 'celebrating' our exit from the EU is repugnant, distasteful and offensive. After the unimaginable horror of two wars that left over 100 million people dead, came this union of hope and reconciliation. Those who have chosen, so unwisely in my opinion, to leave, should at least show respect and leave with courtesy, emphasising a commitment to maintain constructive relations. The U.K. has become the butt of jokes, the shrinking Isle, the tiny nation that can only bleat on about its majestic past and so self interested that it thinks of itself alone. Ironic then that we have made ourselves prey to the predacious U.S. who can swallow us in a mouthful.

SUCH AS TOBY BELFIELD MUST BE BARRED FROM EVER WORKING WITH CHILDREN

The time has come to create an impermeable barrier that protects every child from inappropriate overtures from any adult in any position of responsibility over children or vulnerable people. Such texting is unequivocally inappropriate, a form of grooming and deeply disorientating and disturbing to any recipient. No child should be allowed to fall victim to such behaviour and no adult, identified to have partaken in it, should be allowed to continue in any role relating to children and young people. We must protect children. We must also introduce legislation to prohibit any such professional having sexual relations with any child,  and to be clear, that means anyone under the age of 18.

JACK FINCHAM, DANI DYER AND THE REST OF LOVE ISLAND'S CASUALTIES.

Dani Dyer apparently did not know about Jack Fincham's daughter, the couple having split 10 months ago, and Jack not in a relationship with the child's mother. I sighed at the chaos, disturbance and trauma that Love Island appears to generate, although every child born is a gift in their own right. I was surprised at Dani Dyer's photograph. Was this the same Dani Dyer that appeared on Love Island? Can someone please impress on the unlucky victims chosen to go on Love Island, that they should not feel it necessary to alter their appearance afterwards, in all the ways that money makes possible. It seems that a curse descends on those who have entered the villa, that their lives are destroyed with media attention, celebrity fame, Instagram addiction and an obsession over the very aspects of life that are superficial, transitory and offer no lasting fulfillment. Looking at what has happened to so many past contestants, as they have altered their appearance, their physique and their presentation, one feels a sense of great sadness, understanding that they looked so much better in their original state. One fears for their future and whether they will ever be able to manage the transition away from this artificial, media driven hell back to the innocent pulse of normality and anonymity which offers paradise in comparison. Please, I beg the young, to pity the Love Islanders and to guard themselves from ever being allured into that world of posturing and pretence.

The Church of England again is allowed brazenly to peddle prejudice and discrimination in the name of the God of love. When will this divisive, intolerant, hurtful and illegal hate speech be held to account? Sex is the joyful, creative intimacy that is shared between those who love one another and are committed to one another in heterosexual and homosexual relationships, and not necessarily just in marriage or civil partnerships. OUR VILE LAWS THAT ALLOW POLICE OFFICERS LIKE ANDREW BROOKS TO HAVE SEX WITH CHILDREN

According to the law, and the police, it's fine for a police officer to have sex with a 16 year old, or a 17 year old, even if the police officer is a 28 year old married man, in fact even if the police officer is a 58 year old married man. The only issue of concern to the 'misconduct panel' was that he asked her to lie and he should have known, 'from his police training' that asking a child to lie can 'cause emotional harm and abuse'.

When will action be taken to make it illegal for anyone in a position of authority or responsibility over children or vulnerable people to have sexual relations, or enter into an inappropriate relationship with ANY CHILD, which, under the United Nations definition of childhood, means anyone under the age of 18?

The grotesque reality is that the law of our country allows an adult of any age, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80  etc to have sex with a CHILD.

This is even if they are a police officer, a teacher, a social worker, a care worker, a cleric, a nursery assistant etc, as long as they don't have a position of responsibility over them at the time. Yes, you even read that correctly, 'at the time'. They can have met the child through their work, but as long as the 'sexual relations' happened once they no longer had that work related responsibility, they can be found not guilty.

The horror grows even more. The grotesque reality is that the law of our country also allows an adult of any age, even 40, 50, 60, 70 ,80 etc, to get married to a CHILD, if their parents agree, which we know, they do, in hundreds of tragic cases.

Reform must take place. The fact that it doesn't, demonstrates chillingly, that as a nation, like France and other European countries, we accommodate certain expressions of paedophilia and allow children's lives and innocence to be violated. This is shameful and must be addressed.

SOUTH AFRICA'S POVERTY AND CORRUPTION MOCKED BY LOVE ISLAND'S PROFLIGACY

We live in a duplicitous age. South Africa is blighted by corruption. Poverty and violence stalk the townships. The inequalities are shocking. However worry not. Love Island is being filmed there and the rich are feasting on none of these intrusive realities. Rather artificial 'beauty' and vacuous 'love' are being served up as satisfaction and allurement to our indulged culture. While 55% of the local population live on under £12 a week, the Love Island villa is valued at around £5.3 million. As millions watch the young cavort in an apparent idyll, hidden armed guards patrol keeping the poor at bay. It seems the TV executives realise that so many live with a cultivated double vision, blind to all uncomfortable facts and wide-eyed to whatever illusion can appease their profligate appetites.

SO IS PIERS MORGAN GOING TO BE CHARGED WITH HARASSMENT?

His excoriation of Meghan and Harry has been vicious, unrelenting, personal and persistent. There appears ample evidence that this pattern of behaviour and expression, practiced by members of the public would amount to a conviction. So when are the police going to be knocking on Piers door? Or is it one rule for the rich and powerful and another for the rest? Is it that bereaved parents like the Dawsons (see my previous blog) can be slapped with a restraining order under the Harassment Act, but Piers Morgan can rant, hurt and destroy with impunity, as the public laps up his hatred and the Daily Mail delights in the accumulating coffers?

SO WHEN WILL THE JUDGE BE TRIED FOR THE MURDER?

So when will the judge go on trial, for sending a person to be murdered at Her Majesty's pleasure? How can those who pass down prison sentences sleep at night or rest in their consciences with blood on their hands. Violence is endemic in prisons and they know that they endanger anyone sent to them. This cannot, with integrity, be named justice, rather the rich and powerful getting away with the very crimes for which they incarcerate others.

THE INJUSTICE OF AN ALCOHOLIC MOTHER DARING TO CRIMINALISE HER SON FOR SLAMMING THE DOOR

One can only despair at the folly of the authorities and courts for criminalising a child who has suffered his mother's alcoholism. The chair of the bench would have better directed her admonishment at all those responsible for bringing this irrational prosecution and protected the young man from further adult abuse by those who are meant to be safeguarding children.

OUR SICK JUDICIAL SYSTEM'S BETRAYAL OF KATELYN DAWSON AND HER PARENTS

My deepest sympathies and support go out to Colin and Angela Dawson, whose grief must be immense and whose outrage entirely understandable. That complaint was made about them, that they have been harassed by the police and the  Crown Prosecution Service and that our U.K courts have slapped a restraining order on them is repugnant and a violation of this family,  plunged into deep grief. The intention of Evonne Leonora Von Heussen to provide the means to protect the victims of dangerous stalking is mocked when the law is  misapplied so objectionably. If I were Richard Brooke, I would be devastated at what had taken place, understand the torment of the Dawsons and want to do everything and anything in my power to express my eternal remorse and regret. I would never countenance involving the authorities.

BREAKING NEWS

Thanks to two unexpected donations our Christmas Lights total has now risen to £4054!

So some figures:

For the first few years, 2003 -2005, we displayed the Christmas lights as a gift to the community without fundraising. Then members of the community wanted to donate and so we began collecting.

During the next 12 years, from 2006 -2017 we raised £20,000 which we donated to Save the Children.

Then in 2018, we decided we wanted to become more involved in ensuring the donated money went directly to transforming people's lives, with none being siphoned off into U.K. charitable administration etc.

During 2018, 2019 and this year we will have raised over £35,000 and by the end of the year, working with the amazing charity, Water for Africa,  will have installed bore holes, solar powered water pumps, water towers and multiple standpipes to 3 villages in The Gambia.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS 2019/20 - FINAL REPORT

Without a repeat of my fund raising efforts last year, (I couldn't ask everyone again!!) and just relying upon the lights, we raised £3829.84. The previous maximum for a single year (excluding the atypical £12,000 last year) was £3114, so it is great figure. I am liaising with Water for Africa to identify a third village for water provision, and hope that by the end of the year we will have raised the £12,000 we need, to be able to install it. Meanwhile, I am awaiting pictures from the second village, Dobong, for which we have already provided funds for a solar powered water provision, as the work is almost complete.

I AM PROUD OF MY WRITING, FOR JESUS’S SAKE, THAT HAS HAD ME FOUND INNOCENT IN HEAVEN, BUT TWICE A CRIMINAL ON THE EARTH. THE FIRST IN 1990 WHEN I WROTE A BIBLICAL TEXT ON THE HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT IN PEACEFUL PROTEST ABOUT THE BOMBING OF YOUNG IRAQI RECRUITS DURING THE FIRST GULF WAR. THE SECOND, IN 2016 WHEN I WROTE ON MY BLOG, TO ALERT THE PUBLIC ABOUT A PAEDOPHILE, AND WAS SUCCESSFUL IN FORCING THE AUTHORITIES TO STOP HIM HAVING ACCESS TO CHILDREN. THERE WAS ALMOST A THIRD! IN 1997, WHEN I WAS ARRESTED FOR NAILING MY PROPOSALS FOR REFORM OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND ON THE DOOR OF CANTERBURY CATHEDRAL. WORDS ARE POWERFUL MESSAGES THAT CHALLENGE  CORRUPTION, CONFRONT THE WICKED AND CREATE A BETTER WORLD. JESUS IS THE WORD OF GOD AND HIS FOLLOWERS ARE CALLED  TO COMMUNICATE HIS WORDS,  IRRESPECTIVE OF THE COST.
