NOT JUST THE PERPETRATORS PRITI PATEL, THE OFFICIALS TOO, EVEN YOUR OWN DEPARTMENT

It's no good just passing the buck and pin pointing blame on the 'perpetrators' alone. This approach has catastrophically failed. Organisations and their officials must face charges along with the perpetrators, for acts of sexual abuse against children and young women, if their negligence has enabled the abuse to occur, if they have failed to act effectively - to stop the abuse when discovered, to hold the abuser to account and to ensure they are prevented from ever having access to children or the vulnerable again and if they have failed to introduce the necessary changes to try to make sure such abuse does not occur again within their organisation.
