A HEAD FETED FOR ABUSING HIS PUPILS

According to Toby Belfield, children are objects to satisfy his ego, to increase his school's standing in the Times A-level league table and to be academic highfliers. He does not regard young people as unique and original, charting their own destiny, unfolding their own genius, needing at best, to grow up in a wholesome, integrated and nurturing educational environment. His ruthless self serving approach cannot tolerate the muddle and messiness of adolescence, relationships, love and humanity. He wants to inject automatons into society, who have quenched that which makes them human, whose singular focus is efficiency and performance, all else being expendable. Yet parents are reckless enough to pay £34,500 a year for their child to be abused under his authority.
