MAKE ALL IDENTITY ISSUES NON ISSUES AT PRIMARY

The greatest gift we can give our children and society is to approach the variety of human expressions of identity as normal and everyday. This liberty alone enables each to fulfill their birthright with less fear of attrition and victimisation by others. Achieving the implicit levels of tolerance and openness needed must begin in primary. All such issues should, at best, become non issues, lacking the power even to raise an eyebrow.

OMG! It seems the British public are quite content to send their children to a school where the 39 year old teacher has had sex with a 16 year old, to a church where the 48 year old priest has had sex with a 16 year old, or to a surgery where the 57 year old doctor has had sex with a 16 year old.
