THE POLICE'S PET DOG, THE IPCC, RULES REPEATED FACE PUNCHING BY OFFICER IS FINE

The IPCC, whose staff should resign and stop receiving money under false pretences, further discredit themselves and make the police even more the subject of vilification and distrust, by saying it was no problem that Martin Krawuze was smashed in the face again and again, while on the ground, with an officer on top of him - all in the line of duty apparently....
Video evidence, bruises, stitches, but the IPCC regrets there is not quite enough evidence to suggest foul play....it all seemed proportionate.
