ROCHDALE COUNCIL'S HUMBUG

Don't believe a word of this disingenuous humbug.
Nothing has changed for the better.
Children are in no measure safer.
The officials just know how to cover their backs, how to appear apologetic, how to dupe the public. There are more active paedophiles now than ever.
The official bodies conceal many of their identities. The public are none the wiser when their children are at risk.
Many paedophiles manage to dodge, duck and distract the law and its officials, so that while being guilty, they remain at large.
The very bodies that are promising that the mistakes of the past will never happen again are even now making them again.
You cannot rely upon the statutory authorities to safeguard children. The public must protect the children.
