BEWARE THE COMING OF THE ROBOTS

In tomorrow's world, robots and androids will have supplanted humans throughout society.
They will be our workers, our nurses and doctors, our teachers and lecturers, our politicians and our presidents, our friends and our spouses.
They will even invade our very bodies, as we evolve into cyborgs.
Conversely, other species will too, with the rise of xenotransplantation.
Getting nervous....you should be. Stephen Hawking has warned that it could augur the end of humankind.
Personally, such developments intrigue me, but they disturb me for a wholly other reason.
I cannot reconcile such extraordinary advances with the fact that so many live in abject poverty and more, that humans appear addicted to war, violence and destruction.
An android governed world may either become subservient through a ruthless reign of terror or because androids can achieve the peace, equality and harmony that humans have found so illusive.
