THE AUTHORITIES COVERED UP THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF A SEXUAL ABUSER AND 'RAPE'
The Times are continuing their excellent investigations into the cover ups of sexual abuse. Repeatedly they are frustrated by a system that appears to side with the abusers rather than the abused.
Here, a helpless autistic man was 'raped' and the official body responsible for his safety, covered it up.
The Care Quality Commission concealed a series of sex alerts they received about alleged incidents of abuse.
The Deputy Manager of one of the 'care' homes was a convicted sex offender.
Reports warned that residents were being sexually groomed.
Care workers were told not to report the fears of a rape having taken place to the police.
This was 20 months ago and no charges have been brought.
The Times can't give all the details because they are gagged from doing so.
What can be said, is that a known paedophile and sexual predator, was allowed, by the authorities, contact with vulnerable people. It is known he 'raped' one of them. Staff were told not to tell police. Vital DNA evidence was destroyed. Officials did not raise the alarm. And guess what....the CPS decided they wouldn't press charges. And further the CQC described the 'care' home as being a place where the residents "felt safe", with caring staff who "understood abuse and how to report it".
You cannot trust the authorities, the Quality Commissions, the police, the CPS or the courts when it comes to sexual abuse and because so many within the system are corrupt and collude with the abusers, gagging orders are used to block the investigators and the activists and to conceal the corruption from the public.
