SECRECY IN COURTS IS AN ASSAULT TO JUSTICE. TRUTH IS THE VICTIM.

The judge said that secret courts were “an obnoxious aspect of certain regimes which do not follow Christian and democratic substratums to their proceedings”. 
However, he then went on to say there were 'exceptional circumstances'.
The truth is that the growth in secrecy in court proceedings in the UK is unequivocally  'an obnoxious aspect of the UK regime'. 
Miscarriages of justice, unavailable for public scrutiny and accountability, are happening all the time and, it seems, there is nothing we can do about it. Individuals are gagged. Victims are gagged. Even the media are gagged.
In the process, truth is gagged.
