HOW TO COPE WITH HOT NIGHTS

For those tossing and turning unable to bear the heat at night - a few tips.
1. Drink plenty of water through  the evening.
2. Have a cool/cold shower or better still lie in a cool/cold bath for a while before lying on the bed.
3. Wear no clothes at all on the bed.
4. Have a fan blowing gently over you.
5. Have just a sheet nearby, in case you cool in the night.
You should sleep well
