Are there not questions for the West?
How can Kim Jong-Un have been educated in Switzerland and how can so many of the world's dictators have been educated in wealthy nations including our own, only to become the scourge of their people and the world?
Is the reality again, that we are just interested in their money...£16,000 a year for the International school at Berne... rather than having any moral or responsible intent.
Our own nation also pursued vanity projects like Kim Jong-Un at many stages in its ignominious past while its subjects suffered want.
