THESE ARE THE RICH CRIMINALS THAT NEVER END UP IN PRISON

A glimpse into the murky, corrupt intrigues taking place from plush offices, behind bumper salaries, by those who cavort with the powerful. Although they act immorally, corruptly and even criminally, they are the ones that won't see a cell door. The prisons are reserved, on the whole, for the poorest of the poor, the illiterate, those who have been in care, and those who are mentally or emotionally disturbed, often through privation and trauma.
