#I BELIEVE HER

The courts cannot be trusted as they crash clumsily about in such matters declaring the guilty innocent and the innocent guilty. The public cannot have confidence in the court's judgements when the processes involved, the contrived legal arrangements, the rules and protocols, the screening of evidence, the lack of disclosure, the inequality of legal representation, the bias and control of judges and the manipulation of juries mean that there is so little hope of a fair trial and no confidence that justice has been done.
