PAEDOPHILIA AS NORMAL FOR DIFD

DFID knew in 2011 about children being abused by aid workers but effectively nothing was done, because the unpalatable truth is that children are left to be abused, as long as no one finds out. The authorities systematically conceal the abusers and their protectors until an expose shames them all and they look for a temporary scalp to abate the furore. Then it’s back to paedophilia and sexual abuse as normal.
