THE COURTS CONCEAL SERIOUS CRIME

The use of gagging orders requires urgent review. Serious crimes are being concealed by the courts, leaving the public unaware and at risk from future criminality. The very basis of democracy is being undermined in wresting from the public their vital role of scrutiny and holding the executive to account.
