APPARENTLY AN 11 YEAR OLD CAN AGREE TO HAVE SEX WITH A 28 YEAR OLD.

And misguided commentators are still complacently saying that safeguards are now in place and children are safe and waxing on about paedophiles is unnecessary and a witch hunt. Oh no.
