THE EVIL LURKING BEHIND CHILDREN'S SERVICES

It becomes crystal clear that structures like the police and social workers can never deliver social justice and protection to the vulnerable alone. Bullies, abusers, deceivers and the corrupt can scheme their way into every corner of life and none so damaging as when they can conceal their evil behind a uniform, a title or a public position such as 'Director of Children's Services' or 'Police and Crime Commissioner'.
